1. What is the total cost per month to be a part of the MyDaily15.com at home fitness program?

$9CAD (if you are from the US that is approximately $6.30USD).

2. What is included when I join?
When you sign up, you will receive your weekly workout program which includes daily 15 minute, no-equipment, video workouts. Each video workout includes a 12 minute full body workout, that will work your arms, core, glutes, legs & cardio. When you sign up you will receive regular trainer check-ins for goal setting & accountability at no extra costs. Following sign up, you will also be invited to the MyDaily15 private online community where you will meet other amazing like-minded women who you will be inspired, and encouraged through! As an added perk we also have monthly optional bonus fitness challenges throughout the year, as well as an included MyDaily15 Clean Eating Guide. 

3. How soon can I see the benefits of this program?
Results vary based on individuals. For fastest results we recommend getting in 4-6 MyDaily15 workouts per week (each workout is always 15 minutes - never longer). Toning, strengthening and cinching come very quickly with this program, so buckle up. Taking a 'Day 1' photo can be a great way for you to see the incredible changes that others around you will see. 

4. Is this program only for women?
This program has definitely been created for women, but men can absolutely sign up or join in! We've heard story after story of couples who take on their workouts together and experience incredible changes together.

5. I find that I do so much better with accountability. Is there an accountability component to your program?
YES! When you are a member of MyDaily15, you will have full access to contacting your trainer, Mel, at any time. This includes direct texts and weekly check-ins. After sign up- you will also be invited to our community page, which is one of the best ways to experience encouragement from other strong, like-minded women that are in the MyDaily15 program. 

6. If I am travelling, can I still follow the MyDaily15 program?
100%. This truly is one of the best parts of this program. Your video workouts can be accessed anywhere in the world, and can be done in any small space! So whether you're killing time at the airport, staying at a friends house, in a hotel room away with work, or on holidays, all you need is the space of a workout mat. Workouts can be done indoors or outdoors, and will never require any equipment. 

7. I see photos of women who do the MyDaily15 program who are so strong. Is this ALL that they do for their workout? 

We get asked this question ALL the time! And it's simply exciting to answer, because the answer is YES. You will experience this same strength by committing to this one of a kind fitness program that takes just 15 minutes a day.
